Culpepper Garden · Homepage redesign concept · Prepared for Marta, September 2026
The "Be Green" section and its leftover copy about vintage hunting and working as an artist is gone. Every block on this concept is about Culpepper Garden.
The four FAQ sections are surfaced on the homepage as accordions with FAQPage schema, so the 20 answers you already wrote can be cited on the 180 searches showing People Also Ask.
Your mission sentence is now the headline. The phone number and "Schedule a Visit" sit above the fold, the Arlington location is in the header, and the copyright reads the current year.
A design concept, not a live page. Every fact shown comes from Culpepper Garden's own published pages, including the main number and street address, which are on your contact page but not on your homepage. The only slots left blank are the three testimonials, because those are your residents' words and we will not write them for you.
Since the beginning, and still true
Culpepper Garden's own words, moved from several clicks down to the first thing you read.
Affordable senior housing in Arlington County, run as a nonprofit. Rent is based on your annual income, not on a rate card. Come and see the garden for yourself.
Families ask these two questions before any other. Both answers already live on the Culpepper Garden FAQ page, in these words. On this concept they sit on the homepage instead.
Not a published rate. What you pay is set against what you have, which is why this is affordable senior housing and not a discount on market rent.
Said plainly and early, because a family planning twelve months out is a family you can actually help. Applying sooner is the whole point.
The commitment in the headline, restated where a reader deciding whether to apply will meet it a second time.
Three named buildings, one garden community in Arlington County. This block occupies the slot where the "Be Green" template copy runs today, and says something true about the property instead.
One of the three named buildings that make up the community. Building detail to be written by your team from what is already published.

Culpepper Garden has three resident and family testimonials on the site today. In this concept they move to the homepage, unedited. We have left the text as fields to fill rather than write words for your residents.
Your FAQ page answers 20 questions across four sections: About, Residences, Admissions and Eligibility, and Support. This concept surfaces the most-asked of them on the homepage as accordions, with FAQPage schema on the markup so search engines and AI assistants can quote them.
The existing "Schedule a Visit" form stays. What changes is that it is now reachable from the first screen, and it sits beside a phone number for the families who would rather call than fill in a form.
Illustrative concept prepared by BI Consulting Services from Culpepper Garden's public pages and Semrush data, 18 September 2026. Nothing on this page is live and no facts have been added beyond what Culpepper Garden already publishes.
